Benjamin Ishimwe is an evidence-driven MEAL, Research and Data Analytics professional with more than six years of experience supporting public health, humanitarian, education, community development and empowerment programmes.
His work spans the programme evidence cycle—from research and baseline/endline assessments to MEAL frameworks, theory of change, digital data collection, data-quality assurance, dashboards, reporting and adaptive management.
